A nurse and a few patients enjoy a game of croquet on the grounds of the Lemly Chiropractic Psychopathic Sanatorium (formerly the East Terrace estate). While the scene appears tranquil, the bars on the sanatorium's windows serve as a reminder of the darker side of mental illness and its treatment in the 1930s.
