Amidst a bustling legal career, Jaworski also authored several books. The first, After Fifteen Years (1961), detailed his wartime JAG service. The Right and the Power (1976), his second book, chronicled his work as a special prosecutor during Watergate. The latter two books Jaworski published were Confession and Avoidance (1979) and Crossroads (1981).
