The Dorrells’ work with local youth stretched back long before the founding of Mission Waco. Some of the first activities the Dorrells ever started were simple Bible studies and organic get-togethers for kids in their home, which soon turned into King’s Club, the after-school program for at-risk youth. This image shows a 1982 Winnebago that the Dorrells transformed into a “Puppet Truck” for King’s Club in 1995.
