Upon entering the R. T. Dennis store in the early 1950s, patrons saw furniture lining either side of a black-and-white checkered aisle. This image shows the aisle on the Fifth Street side of the store. The windows in the upper left-hand corner of the image were the office of Ed Berry, the general manager killed in the tornado.
