Oak Street Baptist Church (c. 1915)

Many congregants today cite the hard work of their predecessors as one of the main reasons for their unwillingness to sell the plot to developers. Although the congregation in 1915 did not possess much, members pulled together every nickel and dime they could in order to construct that first frame building on Dutton Avenue.
